YOU MUST CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT BY SUBMITTING A SUPPORT TICKET IN OUR SUPPORT CENTER WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY TO RECEIVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) BEFORE RETURNING ANY PRODUCT. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN THE TICKET. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RA#. THE PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED UNUSED AND ORIGINAL CONDITION, WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND NO SIGNS OF WEAR. THE PRODUCT IS SUBJECT TO FINAL INSPECTION BEFORE YOUR REFUND IS PROCESSED. BY RECEIVING A REFUND, YOU RELEASE US FROM ANY LIABILITY. PLEASE ALLOW 1 WEEK TO RECEIVE THE REFUND. ALL REFUNDS WILL BE PAID BY CHECK.
