How do I return or exchange my watch?
TSOVET online purchases may be returned for full refund or exchange. Return shipping is also included (on orders $99 or more). Contact Customer Service at info@tsovet.com to receive a Return Authorization number (RA No.) within 5 days of delivery and include your order number.
The product must be returned unused and in original condition, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. If the band (leather, rubber or metal) is returned worn, $50 USD will be deducted from the return amount. $100 USD for Automatic or Limited Edition watches. In good faith we will provide a $50 gift voucher to be used on a future purchase.
No returns will be accepted without an RA No. The product is subject to final inspection before your refund is processed. By receiving a refund, you release us from any liability. Please allow 5-10 days to receive the refund. All refunds will be made by the same method as the initial purchase.
Returns and exchanges are exclusive to www.tsovet.com customers.
TSOVET will not accept responsibility for returns/exchanges lost or stolen in transit to our Return Center.
