How are orders shipped?
TSOVET is now pleased to offer FREE Ground shipping (on orders $99 or more) for all Domestic (US & Canada) and International orders in select countries (listed below). International orders must meet a $200.00 minimum for free shipping.
What are the estimated standard Domestic (US & Canada) shipping rates?
FREE Ground: Transit time is typically 2-5 business days
$15.00 3 Day Air: Transit time is 3 business days
$25.00 2 Day Air: Transit time is 2 business days
$50.00 Next Day Air: Transit time is 1 business day
* Return shipping is free within the US & Canada
* A tracking number will be automatically sent to you once your order has shipped.
* Monday Friday (excluding Holidays) with delivery confirmation and signature required. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing. All Overnight & 2nd Day Air orders must be received by 2 PM PST to ship same day. If received after 2 PM PST, the order will ship the following business day (Monday Friday, excluding Holidays). We do not ship to PO boxes.

What is your free International shipping policy?
TSOVET will ship to the following countries free of charge: Central America, South America, EU (excluding the UK), Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, Caribbean Islands, Qatar, India, New Zealand, Qatan, Saudi Arabia, United Emirates, and Mexico.
Countries not listed will be charged standard shipping rates.
What are the costs related to International orders?
International customer returns will be subject to a fixed return fee of $75.00. All International orders may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or brokerage or customs fees upon delivery and return delivery. Customs delays are common and we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.
