Return or Exchange

How do I return or exchange my watch?
TSOVET online purchases may be returned for full refund or exchange. Return shipping is also included (on orders $99 or more).

Watch refund policy – An RA must be submitted within 15 days after purchase to receive a refund. The product must be returned unused and in original condition, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. If the band (leather, rubber or metal) is returned worn, $75 USD will be deducted from the return amount.

Sale item terms
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All items which have been sold on sale or at a discount are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit.

No returns will be accepted without an RA No. The product is subject to final inspection before your refund is processed. By receiving a refund, you release us from any liability. Please allow 15+ days to receive the refund. All refunds will be made by the same method as the initial purchase.

Returns and exchanges are exclusive to www.tsovet.com customers.

TSOVET will not accept responsibility for returns/exchanges lost or stolen in transit to our Return Center.
