If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery, providing your purchased timepiece is:
- Unworn & Unused (if there are signs that the watch has been worn or the strap adjusted, we will reject your return request and return the used watch to you).
- In an original and resalable condition with any tamper-evident label still attached.
- In its original packaging supplied with the purchase.
To return an item, please contact our Customer Support Team by emailing us at email@example.com. One of our Customer Support Team will respond to your request within 2 business days with instructions on how to return the watch. You will be issued a return authorization number which must be enclosed within the shipment that will be sent back. If you return the shipment without a return authorization number provided, it will not be accepted and processed.
We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping and will not bear the cost of the return shipment unless you have been sent an incorrect or defective product.
